Kverneland ECOMAT
ON-LAND
Designed for high performance, shallow tillage
Some soil structures require seedbed preparation with minimal disturbance. A variety of techniques are available, but compliance with the ‘Green Deal’, which aims to reduce the use of chemicals, and the need to mechanically control weeds, slugs and pests present a challenge to farmers. The versatility of Kverneland Ecomat On-land, designed for shallow operations, offers an efficient solution and limits the risk of soil compaction by operating out of the furrow. High profitability and increased safety during transport are no less.
Rotary hoe Kverneland Helios
Efficient weed control for healthy plant growth
Efficient weed control is necessary for healthy plant growth as a basis for yield and profit, as well as safe food production. At the same time, environmental protection has become a key issue in today's agriculture. With the Farm to Fork strategy, recent European regulations and policies have set new standards and reduced the types of technical means allowed. With the new Helios models, Kverneland offers solutions that are perfectly suited to the future of sustainable agriculture and enable customers to achieve efficient, accurate and consistent cultivation and weed control. Kverneland Helios will be offered in working widths ranging from 3 metre rigid models to 6.4 metre folding models. At EIMA we will present the Kverneland Helios 2060F model.
Inter-row cultivator
Kverneland presents the new range in mechanical weed control for inter-row cultivation: Kverneland Onyx with Lynx guidance
Best results in row crops and cereals
Kverneland Onyx is ready for great performance with high precision. Equipped with a double H-profile frame, Kverneland Onyx excels with maximum rigidity and adaptability even up to 12.5 cm inter-row.
A wide range of Hardox and Tungsten Carbide shares is available, as well as a full range of accessories such as tamping discs, sheet metal side deflectors or rotary discs, to meet all needs and conditions. Thanks to special wheels, the largest on the market, bulldozer effects are reduced.
Each element works independently. When equipped with Section Control, up to 13 sections are lifted automatically via ISOBUS technology.
Folding power harrow
New-generation power harrows with unique features such as adjustments
‘on the go’ adjustments
Efficient seedbed preparation is necessary to ensure correct crop emergence and increase yields. The ongoing need for sustainability combined with cost reduction has driven the development of this new generation of harrows. With Kverneland ROTAGO F, Kverneland introduces a range of power harrows in ISOBUS and non-ISOBUS versions. Both versions provide ‘on-the-go’ levelling bar and working depth adjustments. The entire machine concept has been designed from the ground up and is ready for future agricultural challenges. Kverneland ROTAGO F is available from 4 to 6m working width.
Rotago F can be combined with the brand new Kverneland f-drill front tank and Kverneland f-drill CB F coulter bar
Pneumatic Seeder
Kverneland Satio F
A new generation of pneumatic seed drills in solo
Flexibility is the key word. Satio can be used to sow at the right time, regardless of seedbed preparation. Crops such as winter barley, for example, need a well-established seedbed. Therefore, tillage should be carried out at least two weeks before sowing in order to achieve a shallow seed placement of 2 to 4 cm. In addition, it allows mechanical weed management to be precisely programmed for optimum results. Kverneland Satio F is a compact, lightweight solo seeder with a 3-point hitch for small tractors. Seeding is independent of seedbed preparation and can be done at higher speeds. The time window for seeding increases, even in difficult weather conditions. Soil compaction or tractor tracks are minimised, as is fuel consumption. Satio is available in a rigid version with a working width of 3 and 4 metres and in a hydraulic folding version with a working width of 5 and 6 metres
Optima F
SX PUDAMA
PUDAMA - reducing costs - maintaining yields
In crops such as maize, the way fertiliser is deposited will become strategic in order for emergence to be homogenous. PUDAMA with its unique spot deposition system will ensure this. The scientific institute TH Cologne has tested and confirmed in various situations the saving of around 25% fertiliser with the new PUDAMA system, guaranteeing the same results in terms of yield as with the conventional deposition system. Now PUDAMA is possible on Optima F models with a hydraulically folding 6m frame, available with 8 or 12 rows in e-drive II or SX version. It can be used either on conventionally prepared soils with minimal tillage or even on hard-packed soils. Coupled with the new f-drill tanks, it can also be used with medium power tractors.
Kverneland TL GEOSPREAD iDC
A further step in precision spreading
Kverneland extends its range of disc fertiliser spreaders with the Kverneland Exacta TL GEOSPREAD iDC (intelligent Disc Control). The iDC model offers a further step forward in precision spreading, especially in headland spreading. It is therefore ideal for all types of farms with irregular fields or many borders. The spreader will be used in combination with a completely new, intuitive and simple user interface.
Precision
Farming
Kverneland's extensive precision farming portfolio includes a full range of advanced farming technologies. Such as IsoMatch Tellus terminals, licences, data management tools and smart equipment. These user-friendly solutions allow full control of ISOBUS-compatible implements and field activities. Our goal is to enable farmers to optimise their workflows, reduce waste, increase yields and introduce sustainable farming methods.
