Description
The Kverneland ROC RS 1150 is built for professional forage operations that demand maximum capacity combined with smooth, reliable performance. With its wide 11.5 m working width and three coordinated working elements, the machine enables fast, efficient field coverage while handling the crop gently and consistently.
Designed to perform confidently even in challenging conditions, the Kverneland ROC RS 1150 follows the ground precisely to lift the crop cleanly and maintain a steady, continuous crop flow. This supports high forage quality by reducing soil contamination and preserving valuable leaf material. In daily operation, the machine offers clear advantages, including reduced crop losses and improved silage quality. It can be operated with tractors from 100 hp, helping to optimise the performance of following machines, reduce fuel consumption and ensure uniform, gentle swath formation. Unique on the market, the Kverneland ROC RS 1150 allows partial or full folding during work, making it easy to adapt to existing swaths or lower crop volumes.
Despite its high output, the Kverneland ROC RS 1150 remains easy to handle and transport. It folds to a compact transport width of 3.0 m, delivering productivity, comfort and confidence in every pass.

Features
Features
- A single belt system with three pick-ups
- Fiberglass-reinforced saw blade-shaped crossbars provide optimal transportation for dry and wet crops
- An actively-driven belt, equipped with a sprocket and gear belt, ensures continuous operation even in heavy crop conditions
- Most maintenance and repairs can be done without removing the belt, and all parts can be disassembled with a single wrench
- The speed of the belt and pick-up can be precisely adjusted
- The tension of the belt is evenly distributed between the left and right sides since it is adjusted centrally
- Our mergers are designed and built to be maintenance-friendly
- All components can be easily disassembled
- Wear parts are in small size and replaceable with limited efforts
- An easy-to-use control panel manages all essential functions
- The terminal provides optional features such as belt auto-stop when lifting the machine to ensure a clean swath ending
- Four suspension points ensure high operating speed and clean crop handling in all conditions
- Standard tandem wheels on the pick‑up protect the ground from damage
- Spring‑suspended tandem wheels improve ground following and reduce stress on the machine
- The only merger on the market allowing a partly or completely folded operation to turn existing swaths or adapt the working width to crop volume requirements
- Large roller ensuring reliable operation in all crop conditions
- Hydraulically suspended roller in all working positions
- Specially designed belt and pick‑up for gentle, efficient crop handling
- Cab‑controlled roller lift to protect leaves in dry crop conditions
- Only 3 m transport width for easy travel on narrow roads
- Raod suspension
- Main weight on transport wheels allow to use small tractors
- Controlled pick-up with three cams and six tine bars
- Heavy duty plastic strippers maintain their shape when hitting rocks and prevent crop loss
- Even short crops are transported efficiently thanks to the hydraulically adjustable roller, suspended in all positions
- Tines can be replaced by removing only two bolts (one per tine and one per plastic stripper), using one hand
- Bearings, cam tracks, and tine bars can be repaired without disassembling the pickup
- Manual height adjustment
