Description
The Kverneland ROC ST 920 is a high‑capacity continuous dry crop merger designed for efficient and flexible swath formation in hay and dry forage crops. It features two pick‑up elements, each equipped with three cam tracks, ensuring stable operation and smooth crop flow even in demanding conditions. A dual hydraulic rocker‑arm system enables a variable working width from 7.3 to 9.2 m, allowing the distance between the pick‑ups to be adjusted even during operation. This ensures optimal adaptation to different crop volumes and mowing widths, maximising productivity in every pass.
The Kverneland ROC ST 920 is equipped with full ISOBUS control, allowing all key machine functions to be operated directly from the tractor terminal. This provides intuitive control, high working comfort and reduced operator workload during long harvesting days. Flexible belt discharge enables precise swath placement to the left, right or centre, adapting easily to different harvesting strategies. Hydropneumatic suspension and suspended tandem wheels ensure excellent ground following, low soil contamination and consistent performance. Despite its capacity, the machine folds to a compact 3.0 m transport width.

Features
Features
- Three‑belt system with three pick‑ups designed for efficient crop handling in all conditions.
- Fiberglass‑reinforced, saw‑blade‑shaped crossbars ensure optimal transport of both dry and wet crops.
- Actively driven belt with sprocket and gear‑belt drive provides reliable, continuous operation even in heavy crop volumes.
- Maintenance‑friendly construction allows most service tasks without removing the belt, with all parts disassembled using just one wrench.
- Precise adjustment of belt and pick‑up speed, with centrally adjusted belt tension ensuring balanced tension on both sides.
- Controlled pick‑up with two cams and six tine bars for precise crop intake
- Wide stripes recommended for heavy crops such as silage and maize straw
- Heavy‑duty plastic strippers maintain their shape when hitting stones and their design prevents crop loss
- Hydraulically adjustable, suspended roller transports even the shortest crops smoothly on the belt
- Easy one‑hand tine replacement, requiring only two bolts per tine/stripper
- Service‑friendly design allowing repair of bearings, cam track, and tine bars without disassembling the pick‑up
- Electric height adjustment for quick and accurate positioning
- Versatile delivery system designed to operate in both centre and side delivery modes.
- Side delivery working width of 7.0 m, extendable up to 7.3 m for greater field efficiency.
- Expandable pick-ups enable the formation of a central swath or left/right side belts based on operator needs.
- Belt-based crop transport prevents roping, ensuring a clean, uniform swath.
- Allows multiple swath movements, as the crop can be picked up and transported several times without damage.
- Four suspension points ensure high operating speeds and a clean crop, even in challenging field conditions.
- Standard tandem wheels on the pick‑up protect the ground, reducing compaction and minimizing field damage.
- Tandem wheels equipped with a spring suspension system provide smoother ground following and improved crop handling.
- With Isobus extended features in combination with load sensing hydraulic. The hydraulic can as well be switched to constant flow if no LS system is available.
- Isobus allows to control the pickup and belt speed for each pick up individual.
- Isobus allows to operate all added features from the cabine
- Optional height control is integrated in the control, including a height indication on the terminal
- Optional swath boards are integrated in the control
- Suspension levels are factory set values to secure a perfect performance of the machine in all conditions
- The lifting and lowering for headland stays on single acting spool valve for comfortable headland turns, but as well to allow transporting the machine without a terminal.
- Our mergers are designed and built to be maintenance-friendly
- All components can be easily disassembled
- Small, wear‑resistant parts allow fast replacement with minimal effort
- Easy replacement of wearing parts of the cam track, without disassembling the pickup allows it to be unique in the market.
- With this machine you can use the high performance of the controlled pickup without the frustration of difficult and expensive maintenance.
- Slim 2.5 m transport width allows effortless travel on narrow and restricted roads
- No special permits required, ensuring smooth, hassle‑free transport and full operational freedom
