The Kverneland ROC ST 870 is a high‑capacity continuous dry crop merger designed for professional hay producers who demand maximum forage quality preservation. With a working width of 8.7 m and a pick‑up width of 7.6 m, the machine ensures efficient field coverage while gently handling crops.
The ST 870 features three pick‑up elements, providing excellent ground following and a smooth, continuous crop flow. Its unique design allows the central belt to be removed while the pick‑up remains active, ensuring clean crop lifting and the formation of a perfectly centred swath. This makes the machine ideal for sensitive hay crops, where cleanliness and leaf retention are essential. Crop delivery is highly flexible, with all three belts unloading to one side or two belts to one side and the third to the opposite side. Hydropneumatic pick‑up suspension and suspended tandem wheels ensure stable operation, reduced soil contamination and consistent performance in varying field conditions. Despite its wide working width, the machine folds to a compact transport width of 2.5 m for safe and convenient road transport.
