Siloking TrailedLine 4.0 System 1000+
Bale Chopper | Mixer / feeder
Maximum feeding efficiency for large herds – power, precision, capacity
The Kverneland SILOKING TrailedLine 4.0 System 1000+ is a high-capacity trailed feed mixer for herds of 300 cows and more. With triple vertical augers, flexible hopper sizes and excellent weight distribution, it delivers fast, precise and fuel-efficient feeding.
Description
The Kverneland SILOKING TrailedLine 4.0 System 1000+ is built for modern livestock farms with high daily feeding demands. With hopper volumes from 27 m³ to 45 m³, it is ideally suited to large dairy and beef herds of 300 cows and more.
Three vertical mixing augers ensure fast, homogeneous mixing of all ration components while reducing diesel consumption and power requirement. A wide range of hopper widths and heights from 2.87 m allows the machine to be tailored to individual farm buildings and feeding passages.
With optional tandem or tridem running gear, the weight is evenly distributed between rigid or steering axles, ensuring excellent road stability, high manoeuvrability in the yard and reliable transport behaviour even at full capacity.

Features
The Kverneland SILOKING TrailedLine 4.0 System 1000+ is designed for very high daily feeding capacity. Its three vertical mixing augers work together to move large quantities of feed efficiently through the hopper, giving the machine the output needed for large herds.
We use the three-auger system to combine capacity with mixing quality. The augers distribute material through the full hopper length, helping to avoid dead zones and supporting a uniform ration. This is especially important when working with large batches, mixed feed components and tight feeding schedules.
The Kverneland SILOKING TrailedLine 4.0 System 1000+ can be equipped with tandem or tridem axles to handle the weight and transport requirements of large-volume feeding. By spreading the load across several axles, the machine remains stable and suitable for heavy rations and large batches.
We use this axle concept to improve manoeuvrability and transport performance around the farm and between feed storage, silo and feeding areas. Steering axle options help reduce tyre scrub and make the machine easier to manage when turning in tight yards or around buildings.
