Description
All models are equipped as standard with SILONOX® wear protection on the internal wedges of the hopper and on the discharge gate. The robust and torsion-resistant hollow girder frame, in connection with a strong 4-planet gearbox, guarantees high operational reliability.
Optional hopper heights and tyres allow the machine to be adapted precisely to the passage heights in the barn or the maximum height of the loading vehicle. In addition, the height of the hopper and the turbo augers are proportioned to maintain the quality specifications of the hopper geometry.
From the TrailedLine 4.0 Premium 3022-26 model, a tandem unit is mounted (optional with steering axle or forced steering axle).

The Kverneland SILOKING TrailedLine 4.0 Premium is built as a flexible high-volume trailed mixer range. We offer different hopper heights, tyre sizes and auger configurations so the machine can be matched to barn passage height, loader reach and herd requirements.
The key point is that the hopper geometry and turbo auger remain matched as the machine size increases. This keeps the mixing process consistent across the range, helping the farmer achieve efficient loading, homogeneous mixing and controlled discharge in daily operation.
With the Kverneland SILOKING TrailedLine 4.0 Premium, the edged hopper is designed to actively support the mixing process. The shaped hopper walls slow the feed in its circular movement and guide the material back into the vertical flow created by the turbo augers.
We use this design to reduce unnecessary rotation of the ration inside the hopper. This supports shorter mixing times, helps preserve the structure of long-fibre components and contributes to a more homogeneous ration. For larger farms, this means efficient feeding without compromising mix quality.
