Kverneland 15.6m tedder with outstanding ground following system

Kverneland 85156 C – Trailed ProLine tedder

Kverneland 85156 C is a 15.6m tedder boosting productivity, accuracy and operator comfort. It comes with a new inventive ground following system that takes precision to a new level with easy and simple operations. Featuring 14 small diameter rotors, this tedder is designed for excellent crop turning.

Accurate ground following is paramount to achieve an excellent feed result. Especially in challenging and demanding field conditions. The Kverneland solution to following the ground across the full working width of 15.6m is the new TerraFlow solution. With its new solution for connecting tedder unit and carrier frame the rotors are able to flex and adapt to ground contours. The tedder unit follows the chassis wheels and adapts completely independent of the movement of the carrier frame.

All it requires to operate 85156 C is a single acting valve ram for raising and lowering the tedder and a double action valve ram for the folding action, so this tedder is suited for most tractors.

South of Stenungsund, Anrås Gård is run, so far as a leasehold, by Pontus and Mathilda Sandén. The milking parlour, with a tied-up system of short stalls and tube milking, was rebuilt after a fire in 1994 and has room for 55 yearling cows and recruitment. On a nearby farm that the couple also leases, there is a stable with room for 120 bulls that are raised for slaughter. These are partly the farm's own dairy bulls and partly bulls that are bought half a year old in the autumn and sent for slaughter about a year later.
