Qualidisc 1100 L – two working widths for lower horsepower tractors
The Qualidisc 1100 L is available in two working widths of 1.75m and 2.25m. It features the proven, specially hardened Ø520mm discs, ensuring excellent soil penetration and reliable mixing. Each disc is mounted on a single arm with rubber protection, allowing lateral movements like a 3D auto-reset system. All discs work independently and are arranged with 25cm spacing in each row, providing an effective overlap of 12.5cm across the two rows for optimal soil coverage and residue incorporation.
High working quality – the core of the Qualidisc range
As with the entire Qualidisc range, high working quality and perfect soil levelling is the top priority. Optional equipment like side deflectors, rollers, star discs or big notched discs guarantee excellent results in all conditions. The Qualidisc 1100 L comes equipped with Ø400mm or optional Ø550mm cage rollers. Additional roller options will be introduced next season, offering even greater flexibility for varying soil conditions.
Safe transport and improved headland management
For safe and efficient transport, the roller can be lifted upwards, significantly reducing the overall length of the machine and lowering the lifting capacity required. This design improves road safety and enhances manoeuvrability during headland turns.
Easy adjustment and maintenance for user-friendly operation
The Qualidisc 1100 L offers simple side deflector adjustment and a straightforward working depth setting - mechanically or hydraulically with spacers for reliable operation. All bearings on the discs are maintenance-free. With only one grease point at the hydraulic cylinder, maintenance is quick and easy, minimising downtime and reducing operating costs.
Lightweight at just 710kg for the 1.75m version, the Qualidisc 1100 L is perfectly suited for tractors from 45hp, enabling soil preparation that is fuel-efficient and effective. Its robust construction and low-maintenance design ensure durability and cost efficiency.
