Power Harrow - Get ready for next season

Helpful tips and tricks to get your Power Harrow prepared to operate at it’s maximum capacity through the season.

Be prepared for the coming season; Contact your local Kverneland dealer to arrange a pre-season service or health check on your Kverneland Power Harrow. Ensure that you have sufficient stocks of essential wearing parts. Keep down time to a minimum and take advantage of the Special Out of Season prices on Original Parts.

Ensure all roller scrapers are correctly adjusted. Replace if worn.

Check the working depth of the rear roller. Adjust if necessary.

To avoid ridging ensure side shields are set at the correct height. Replace if worn.

Check condition and length of all tines. Replace if necessary.

Check oil levels in main gearbox and trough.Top up if necessary.

Standard Tines

Pro-Fit Active Tines

Perfect penetration in hard soils. Constant working depth resulting in an even and level surface. The unique shape of the tines ensure plant residues remain on the surface thus keeping soil erosion to a minimum.

Carbide Coated Tines

Ideal for hard and heavy working conditions. The specially coated tines retain their sharp cutting edges and can last up to 4 times longer than standard tines, thus reducing downtime and fuel consumption.
