New High Performance Tine Harrow Weeder
The tine harrow weeder Arcadia ensures weed control in row crops, cereals, vegetables and can also be used for blind weeding.
The tines pull the weed out to the surface, exposing the roots and leaving them on the surface to dry out. Regrowth is impossible. This is especially important with rhizome and other weeds that could start growing again. Arcadia also perfectly promotes the crumbling and levelling effect by breaking the capped surface. This has a positive effect on the seed emergence, restores the water and airflow stimulating physico-chemical reactions and soil life. By promoting the absorption of nitrogen, mineralisation and biomass are increased. The pressure and angle of aggressiveness of the tines can be adjusted completely independently and by hydraulics. All adjustments are monitored by special indicators visible from the cab. The new Arcadia tine harrow will be first launched with a working width of 12m.
Further models will follow, including an ISOBUS version with GEOCONTROL function.
New High Performance Trailed Disc Harrow for Future Farming
Kverneland extends its range of compact disc harrows by a trailed model in 12.25m working width which perfectly fits to Controlled Traffic Farming.
Kverneland has arranged the new Qualidisc T model with four independently mounted frame segments, which can be adjusted pair by pair for constant pressure control by the Ground Contour System. This ensures an even ground following and a high cutting quality over the complete working width. Thanks to the optimised spacing between gauge wheels and rear roller and the conical disc itself, high speeds without compromise on working performance can be achieved. After a simple pre-setting, the working depth adjustment is steered hydraulically from the cab on the go. For perfect consolidation and finishing, the Qualidisc T can be combined with Actipack, Actipress and Actipress Twin rear rollers.
Turning at the headland is easy due to the four front wheels which can swivel 360° and allow close turnings. The Qualidisc T with pneumatic brakes is homologated for up to 40km/h in Europe.
New Generation of Cost-efficient Pneumatic Solo Seed Drill
Cost-efficient and flexible seeding technology that allows precise seeding operation at the right time is of utmost importance and will be the basis for high yields.
Kverneland present the Satio, a new generation of pneumatic solo seed drills. The compact and light 3-point mounted Kverneland Satio runs solo, independent of seedbed preparation. This extends the time windows for the sowing operation and increases the flexibility in application. For crops with a shallow seed placement, a well-settled seedbed can be prepared specifically. In addition, due to the light weight of the Kverneland Satio, soil compaction and tractor tracks are reduced to a minimum. Only low power is required, allowing sowing with smaller tractors, reducing the fuel consumption.
The Satio is offered as rigid version in 3.00m and 4.00m working width and as hydraulic foldable version in 5.00m and 6.00m working width. The CX-II coulters with or without press wheel are clamped to the coulter bar to be flexible in row spacing.
Optima SX PUDAMA
100 % yield with at least 25 % less starter fertiliser in maize sowing.
Kverneland PUDAMA stands for a systematic, precise spot application of starter fertiliser in maize. It enables precise maize sowing with the synchronised placement of starter fertiliser as deposit exactly in the roots zone where it is needed.
Scientists from the University of Technology, Arts, Sciences Cologne, have proven that the PUDAMA system can save at least 25% of the starter fertiliser compared to conventional continuous band fertilisation, while maintaining the yield potential. PUDAMA aims to optimise nutrient delivery, enhance crop growth, and maximise the efficiency of fertiliser. Farmers will maintain yields, reduce input costs, and contribute to more sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices.
Helios rotary hoe
Efficient weed control for healthy plant growth!
The rotary hoe Kverneland Helios ensures effective mechanical weed control in row crops and cereals with high capacity and performance; in case of resistance, it works in all conditions. It increases mineralisation and biomass by promoting the absorption of nitrogen. The Helios is fitted with cast-iron, ground-driven star wheels, which allow good performance with the right speed management. Curved upwards, they work by gravity without digging. Weeds are lifted without splashes or projections thus reducing the impact on the crop. The Helios promotes seed emergence and restores the water and air flow, stimulating physico-chemical reactions and soil life.

Onyx inter-row cultivator
Efficient and sustainable weeding will safeguard yields and respect the environment!
The Kverneland Onyx inter-row cultivator is the right implement for mechanical weeding between the rows in both cereals and row crops. It can be adapted to individual farm concepts and a wide range of applications. In order to extend application possibilities, Kverneland will offer combined systems of mechanical weeding with chemical crop care and fertiliser application:

The Kverneland Onyx can be combined with the Kverneland iXtra LiFe for band spraying or the application of liquid fertiliser.

In combination with Kverneland a-drill and f-drill, the simultaneous application of solid fertiliser or companion crop in one pass with the mechanical weeding process is possible.
Rotago F power harrow
New generation power harrows with on-the-go depth adjustments.
The new generation power harrow Kverneland Rotago F offers levelling bar and working depth adjustment on the go. Changing soil conditions require different implement adjustments. The Rotago F offers the adaptation of the working depth either by tractor hydraulics (basic version) or as ISOBUS model via the tractor or Kverneland Tellus PRO/Tellus GO+ terminal. This is done on the go from the cab without re-adjusting the 3-point linkage of the tractor or of the rear roller. One button press and the setting is done. A reduction in working depth reduces the amount of CO2 released and the fuel consumption.
TwinFill automatic filling program
TwinFill is an automatic filling program for the iXter B mounted sprayer in combination with the iXtra front tank. The operator fills his product in one go for both the front and rear tank. The software takes care that the spray liquid is split and transferred to the front and rear tank with the correct volume and equal concentration. After, both tanks are filled up with clean water to the required level, the same concentration is reached in both tanks.
